We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: service providers who help us operate (hosting, analytics), law enforcement when legally required, and other users as part of the public features you opt into (leaderboard, feed).

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days.

7. Children Privacy

PeakLevs is not intended for users under 13 (or 16 in the UK/EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
