1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PeakLevs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the UK/EU) to use PeakLevs.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining account security. You must provide accurate information.

4. Acceptable Use

Use PeakLevs in accordance with our Community Guidelines. Do not use the service for illegal purposes, harassment, or score manipulation.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant PeakLevs a non-exclusive licence to display your content within the service.

6. Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before period end. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Your data will be removed within 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

PeakLevs is provided as-is without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
