Samaritans
Available 24/7 on 116 123 (free to call). Samaritans provides confidential, non-judgemental emotional support for anyone in distress. You can also email jo@samaritans.org. They are there for you any time, day or night.
YoungMinds
The UK's leading charity fighting for children and young people's mental health. Their Crisis Messenger (text YM to 85258) provides free 24/7 support. Excellent resources specifically aimed at under-25s.
Headspace
Guided meditation and mindfulness app with a free basics course. Headspace is backed by clinical research and is a solid entry point for anyone curious about meditation but unsure where to start.
Every Mind Matters (NHS)
